Can I send you my CV if there’s no role listed for me?
We’d love to hear from great people, but under Australian privacy laws, we can’t keep CVs sitting in our inbox unless they’re for a specific role. Best bet: Fill out our careers contact form and keep an eye on our careers page as new opportunities pop up regularly.
Do you offer apprenticeships, internships, or work placements?
Yes. We support apprenticeships, traineeships, and internships across a range of roles. When opportunities are open, you’ll find them on our vacancies page.
I don’t see a closing date. When’s the deadline?
If there’s a closing date, we’ll put it at the bottom of the job ad. Sometimes we keep roles open until we find the right person. If you see something you like, don’t wait and apply quickly. If a role disappears from the site, it’s been filled.
I’m not sure the job is right for me, can I ask before applying?
We try to give as much info as possible on the careers site. If you’re still unsure, your best option is to apply. If we think it’s a good fit, you’ll get plenty of time to ask questions during the interview process.
Do you offer flexible working?
Yes. Flexibility matters to us and we’ll talk through what that looks like for you, your team, and the business. If a role has specific part-time or remote options, we’ll call it out in the ad.
Can I apply again if I’ve already applied for a different role?
Of course. We treat every application individually, so if another role catches your eye, go for it.
I saw your advert online but the link doesn’t work. Why’s that?
Sometimes third-party sites don’t update as quickly as ours. If the role is missing on our site, it’s been filled. Always check our careers page for the latest vacancies.
I’ve applied. How long until I hear back?
You’ll get an automatic confirmation email once your application is in. After that, it can take up to 3-4 weeks while we review applicants carefully. Everyone who applies will get an answer, either way.
I’ve had an interview, when will I get feedback?
We’ll get back to you as soon as we can after interviews. If you haven’t heard from us within 2 weeks, reach out to the person who organised it. We do our best to give feedback to everyone we interview.
I’ve been unsuccessful, can you tell me why?
We receive a large number of applications, so we can’t give detailed feedback at the first stage. We provide feedback after interviews whenever possible.
I’ve got an urgent question that’s not answered here, what should I do?
