The Summit + Shore Energy Protection Plan is your all-in-one membership for real time monitoring, long-term protection and expert support for your solar, battery and home electrification system. This service ensures optimal performance, maximises your return on investment and protects your system through proactive care.

We believe in sticking around for the long term, so all customers who install their system with us will join the Energy Protection Plan. We are so confident that you will see the benefits the EPP offers that we provide an upfront discount equivalent to 12 months of the monthly subscription fee.

Your own Summit + Shore App, ongoing system monitoring, service and maintenance, priority access to our support team, government checks and compliance support.

Our contracts on our Energy Protection Plan are for a minimum of 12 months.  After the first 12 months you can cancel with 30 days notice.

We’ll detect most issues remotely, often before you notice. If needed, we’ll dispatch a technician quickly under your plan’s priority service.

Yes. You can transfer the plan to your new house once we’ve completed an Energy Health Check.

If you sell your home you can take your plan with you to your new home at no extra cost. You can also transfer your plan to the new homeowner if you like.
