“us”) provides solar, battery, and energy-monitoring products and services throughout
Australia.

- Customer account and system data: retained for the duration of the customer
relationship and for 7 years after the final interaction or warranty expiry - Energy and telemetry data: retained as needed for monitoring and service
performance, then archived or de-identified - Marketing data: retained until you opt out or for 2 years after your last interaction
Once no longer required, personal information is securely deleted or de-identified.
11. Access, Correction, and Deletion
You have the right to:
- request access to personal information we hold about you
- request correction of inaccurate or incomplete information
- request deletion of information no longer required for our business or legal
obligations
Requests should be made in writing to our Privacy Officer. We will respond within a
reasonable period, usually within 10 business days. If we are unable to fulfil your
request, we will explain why and outline your options.

In the event of a data breach that is likely to result in serious harm, we will:

- notify affected individuals
- report the breach to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner
(OAIC) in accordance with the Notifiable Data Breaches Scheme

Our products and services are intended for adult customers. We do not knowingly
collect personal information from individuals under 18 years of age. If we become
aware of such information, we will delete it where appropriate.
